At Celine by Rumi, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to get an exchanged product is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds

International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

If an item is found to be defective, you may request store credit that can be used for a future purchase.

International customers are not required to send the defective product back.
Order Cancellations
